Please bring the document to be signed and your valid identity card or passport with you to this appointment.<\/p>\n<p>The costs for a signature certification depend on the concrete business value of the declaration to be signed. The legal fee range is - with an English certification note - between \u20ac 30,94 and \u20ac 108,29 for a signature certification - depending on the value of the issue that the document is about. As a rule, you will also be invoiced at the same time as the appointment. Please pay in cash at the appointment.<\/p>\n<p>If the certified document is to be sent by us to a third party additional fees will be charged.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e878-e19 moe-0 moe-2 moe-3\" id=\"Authentication-of-photocopies\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e878-e20 moe-7 moe-8 moe-9 moe-c moe-i\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e878-e21 moe-n moe-o\"><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e878-e22 moe-y moe-z h-custom-headline-blueline accent\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h3 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\"><span>Authentification of photocopies<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-section e878-e23 moe-0 moe-1 moe-2\"><div class=\"x-row x-container max width e878-e24 moe-7 moe-8 moe-9 moe-c moe-j\"><div class=\"x-row-inner\"><div class=\"x-col e878-e25 moe-n moe-o\"><div class=\"x-text x-content e878-e26 moe-13 moe-14\"><p>If you require certified photocopies of documents, you can hand in the relevant original here in the office <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">from Monday to Thursday between 10:00 and 10:45 a.m. only<\/span>, without making an appointment in advance. If you are unable to bring the documents in person at these times, you can also give them to another person. Please enclose a note with your telephone number and indicate whether - if you wish to have several documents notarized - you wish to have them sent to the same recipient at a later date (so that they can be bound) or whether you require the notarized photocopies separately. We make the copies ourselves from the original, so you do not need to make copies yourself.<\/p>\n<p>As a rule, you can pick up the documents on the next working day or the day after Monday to Thursday at the same time (between 10:00 and 10:45 a.m. without prior appointment) together with the certified copies against payment of the invoice amount in cash.<\/p>\n<p>It is not possible to hand in or collect documents on Fridays.<\/p>\n<p>Please note: Notarizations can only be issued from (handwritten) signed original documents or certified documents, not from printed pdf documents and the like!<\/p>\n<p>The language in which the document is written is irrelevant, since only the visual conformity of the copy with the original is notarized.
